Manage My Listings: This personalized page is the main page you will be using to post listings and maintain all your tasks related to your listings. This page is broken down into 5 sections for your convenience. They are: Post your listing: Click on the button 'Post A New listing' to create your new listing. Once you enter your listing information you will have the option to 'Save and Activate' or 'Save and Activate Later'. If you click on 'Save and Activate', your listing is first added to the 'My Active Listings' section on your Seller's Home Page and is instantly added to our database and also becomes searchable throughout our website. If you click on 'Save and Activate Later' your listing will be saved under 'My Saved Listings'. Your listing will be saved in our system until its expiry date. Please check your listing ‘Expiration Date’ on the Manage My Listings page. My Active Listings: This section displays a list of all your listings that are currently 'Active' and searchable on our website. You may at any time click on 'Edit' next to your listing and make any modifications you want. You can also 'Edit' your listing and mark it as 'Sold' or take your listing offline. By marking your listing as 'Sold', your listing will still be searchable on our website but when the public views your listing they will see a 'Sold' logo by your listing description. You may remove the 'Sold' status of any of your listing and make it 'Active' at any time. My Saved Listings: This section displays a list of all your listings that are currently 'Saved' on our website. You may click on the 'Edit' button alongside any of your saved listings to edit your listing and 'Activate' it. My Expired and Sold Listings: This section displays a list of all your listings that have expired or have been marked as 'Sold' by you. If you have an 'Active' listing and you mark it as 'Sold' 15 days before it expires, then you may 'Edit' this listing, remove the 'Sold' status, and re-use the listing to sell anything else you want for the remaining of the 15 days - until the listing expires based on the order date and the duration of the listing at the time of purchase. You may view an 'Expired' listing and 'Re-List' it. At the re-list page you will be shown all your available orders and asked to choose which order you would like to assign this listing to. Once you assign a order number to the listing you wish to re-list you will then see the listing in your 'My Active Listings' page where you may edit and modify the information as you feel necessary. My Suspended Listings: This section displays a list of all your listings that have been 'Suspended' by JoysList.com Customer Service. On occasions where a public user reports your listing to be "Inappropriate" or the JoysList.com team identifies your listing to be in violation of the terms and conditions of our site; your listing after review by our team will be suspended. You will receive an e-mail with the reason and instructions on how to rectify your listing. Please note you will not be credited any time for any listing that is placed in 'Suspended' mode.
Once you login to your account under the “My Active Listings” section you will see the words ‘Edit’. Click on Edit to view your listing. At the bottom of the page you will see two options: “Mark this Listing as ‘Sold’” and “Take my listing offline”.
By marking your listing as 'Sold', your listing will still be searchable on our website but when the public views your listing they will see a 'Sold' logo by your listing description. You may remove the 'Sold' status of any of your listings at anytime which will make your listing searchable throughout the website once again.

This website has a number of tools provided for your ease of use to effectively search for anything.
From the ‘Home Page’ you may use the ‘Quick Search’ feature located at the top right of the screen by typing in a word or phrase and click on the ‘Quick Search’ button to perform an instant quick search.
You may alternatively click on ‘Search Classified Listings’ from the main menu and follow the instructions on the page.
You may also click on ‘Advanced Search’ from the main menu for a more detailed search. To view ‘all’ the listings posted on this site for ‘all’ categories, click on ‘View All Listings’ from the main menu.
To maintain a high level of service to all users and avoid misuse and abuse of the listing service we require all ‘sellers’ to register before they post an Ad on this site.

We ask our new members to enter random computer generated text in order to complete their registration. We do this to prevent not-so-nice people from writing programs to create multiple user accounts on this site automatically for not-so-nice purposes.
Once your listing expires it will be visible in your account and available for up to 180 days after the expiry date, if you choose to re-list the item.

Against each listing posted on our website on the search results page you will find the option to “Report as Inappropriate”. Click on this link under the listing you feel is ‘inappropriate or offensive’ and the JoysList team will research the complaint and if found in violation will suspend the listing and warn the seller. If the seller does not comply or repeats the offence at the discretion of the company we may black list and permanently suspend the user from the site.
