To
retrieve your password you will need to follow these steps:
- Go
to the login screen by clicking on 'Seller's
Login Here'

Click on the link:
Lost Password

Enter your 'User-ID' and click on the button 'Proceed'. Please NOTE
that your user-id is the e-mail address you used when you registered with
us.

Once you enter
your valid User-ID, you will be prompted to enter the 'Answer' to your
secret question. Please NOTE that your secret question will
automatically be displayed. This is the question you selected when you
registered with us.
- Once you enter the
correct answer to your secret question; your password will be sent to your
e-mail address. You will see a message confirming this at the top of the
page.

Once you read your e-mail and retrieve your
password you may
login and manage your account.
